Furcation 2021 Online - COVID-19 notice

Furcation Pool Party
12th - 14th November 2021

COVID-19 is still a very big factor in the world. We have made this decision now, so we can bring you a bigger and better online experience this year, instead of rushing to get a physical event that's only half-planned. (Edit by Frankie : It's a lot of work to bring a convention to life in real form!) We've listened to your feedback and we now know what buttons to press correctly, so the fun of Furcation will still continue, but in a digital, online format.

As we are running online, we are going to continue to roll our main theme, The Rawring 20's, over to 2022, where we hope to (finally) be able to welcome you back to John Fowlers Sandy Glade Holiday Park. Because of this, we have chosen a new theme for this year. Make sure you claim your sun loungers early, since Furcation is poolside for a Furcation Pool Party! Grab your cocktail of choice and slap on that suncream as we enjoy the fun and sun*.

A little spoiler for you, too. We may also be broadcasting our stream poolside... Not from a paddling pool, but an actual pool!

Our main event will be broadcast on Twitch between the 12th and 14th November 2021. We also have a Discord set up and ready for those who want to chat, enjoy the stream, play games with your friends and generally chat about what you see on stream. For those who like to be more involved in a virtual world, we have set up a Furcation based VRChat world, with two caravans in them so you can still chill with your friends in your own caravan, with the Twitch stream being broadcast direct to the televisions! It's almost like being at Furcation, just without the fresh, sea air!

And, in between all this, we're going to have a digital con-book for you! No convention is complete without a con-book!

This will be downloadable once it is ready. We will announce this on our social media!

📅 When is Furcation?

We will be running the live Twitch event on the weekend of 12th to 14th November 2021. Before then, though, we will be hosting some mini-events in our Discord to start the hype early. These will be announced on our social media channels when they happen.
